The application process was as follows: 1) Strength based personality test 2) Logical and numerical tests 3) Video interview - 30 seconds to prepare questions and 1.5 minutes to answer 4) HR interview 5) Business Interview
They ask both strength based and technical questions, but relatively basic. The interviewers were very friendly.

It all started with a behavioural test,then we had a logical and numerical reasoning test. Before the interviews started. We had a phone interview, then 1st business interview with a panel and then final business interview with the Head of the business.
