Account executive interview was good, very fast and direct questions the follow up process very slow and could be improved lots of back and forth between me and the recruiter

Teo round interview via bluejeans online platform. There were 3 persons, all are very friendly and helpful. They were just screening myself by discussing general facts, academics, applying motivation for the job.
In person interview with little to no direction on how they were going to conduct an interview . Usually explained to me as far as who’s doing the interviewing so needless to say it was not a good experience at all
