They started by asking agile questions and then asked for scrum vs Kanban. I was asked on metrics , delivering projects within budget and scale . The process is 3 stages from HR connect. Really a racing interviews, they were doing quickly

Normal interview process with 2 rounds. Started with initial screenings, multiple interview rounds (phone, video, or in-person), and possibly technical or behavioral assessments. Questions cover experience, technical skills (finance, accounting), and cultural fit using behavioral (STAR method) and situational questions. The final stage involves a decision and offer.
