Very easy interview, its all about being likable. There where 2 managers in the interview just going over previous work history. Also make sure you know the companies background and some of the other companies that STANLEY is part of.

Interview
I applied to a online career board for this position. Several weeks later, I was contacted by the HR manager about an interview. I interviewed twice over 2-3 weeks. Due to my schedule, I could not interview until 4:30-5:00pm each time, so there were very few people in the building when I was there. I met with the direct manager each time and with the director once. The director seemed uninterested to meet me, he kept saying that it was more important that I talk with the direct manager. In hindsight, this should have been a red flag for me.
