I applied online. I interviewed at Staples (Plaistow, NH)
Interview
Interview process was straight forward. Was introduced to managers, filled in on the job requirements, answered a few questions, asked a few questions. Negotiated hours and pay. No intense questioning or stressful environment. Just a nice, basic job interview. A good experience overall.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Staples (Simcoe, ON) in Sept 2015
Interview
I dropped off my resume and filled out an application in the store, and handed it to the cashier. About one week later I received a call asking to come in for my first interview. The first interview is with the supervisor, who asks basic questions about your experience, why you want to work at Staples, what you can offer the team, etc. Immediately at the end of this interview, they set up a second interview time for a week later. This was with the manager, who asked job-oriented questions such as "what would you offer a customer who is buying a computer?" (warranties, software, USB, keyboard and mouse, etc.) and "if a customer was unsatisfied, what would you do?". Immediately at the end of this interview they set me up with the third and final interview - the one with the General Manager. A week later I came in, and they asked me more personal questions such as where I see myself in 10 years, and what my short-term and long-term goals are. I was told that I would hear from them within 1-2 weeks, and the next day I got a phone call with the job offer.
