First a phone interview was completed with the HR representative. Upon completing the phone interview I completed a panel Interview with two supervisors. They asked general collections, customer service, describe a scenario type of questions.

Mostly relaxed. Did the star method. Have some examples ready when they ask you because you'll be very nervous. Try not to answer robotic like. Just stay chill. Do your research for this company. This includes salary.
