Interview
My interview was simple with only a handful of questions about past work and what the job is going to require. As I started working there it became clear that my sales manager would have people submitting resumes daily but never called them back based on appearance. In this day and age we just need workers no matter their appearance or gender. I just say that so you don’t feel discouraged to apply elsewhere. It’s not you,it’s management.

How would you convince a customer to get a protection plan?
when i arrived there, the manager was very nice and welcoming and it went very smoothly,i arrived on time and i was early to the interview.He also asked me questions like my availability, my schooling, what made me interested in working with staples and what i hope to achieve in the long run
The interview was very informative and well conducted. The time spent was appropriate and the questions were consistent with my experience at other interviews. The person conducting the interview was professional

Why are you interested in changing industries an why are you interested in this particular position?
Simple and easy, encouraged for part-time jobs and with a good team enviornment. flexible schedule as well helped with part-time university/school schedules. It was a good experience and reccomended for retail opportunities
