Was hired through agency, relatively simple process; a short questionnaire to ensure that you have minimum level of technical expertise. Following which was an interview with Starhub themselves, a group interview

Question 1
Probably certain technical based questions such as the number of channels used for WiFi
Asked about IP technologies and stuff. Gave heads up on what to expect from customers as well as notice period prior to leaving the company. Checked up on basic questions such as personal details such as hobbies or outside work commitments
Interviewers are usually team leaders. Once in awhile, team managers will be doing the interviewer. Therefore it depends quite mostly the type of interviewer the interviewee is getting. A small written technical test will be given to check on the knowledge of the staff but usually it's not really important for certain team leaders, team manager will see this as priority though. Due to the nature of the job, interviewer tend to ask on customer service skills and maybe a little bit of the technical part.
