I interviewed with a recruiter first and that went well. I had technical issues but she was kind about it and asked good questions. Then I met with 3 managers on a zoom call because it was still Covid and that went well - very nice management

I was brought in for an unusual initial interview in which I was interviewed by 5 different people in "speed" interviews rather than a one on one interview with a manager. I received a call back later that week to schedule an in person interview in which they wanted me to create a 15 minute power point presentation for them. This took me hours of my time to create and perfect. The second interview was a panel discussion like interview in which 7 people were present. I gave my presentation then they asked me each about 3 questions ranging from behavioral to regular interview questions. The only problem I had was how unprofessional this office was in telling me I didn't get the job. They told me after the interview that they would contact me this week. Not only did I not receive a call back but I didn't even get a blanket HR email informing me I was not selected. Nothing. Very unprofessional of their staff.
