The Inteeview process was pretty simple they first call you to get a sense of why you want the job and ask basic questions and they call you another day to speak with the customer service lead and they ask what you can offer and stuff like that

The role is really varied, as money is really important to people it can be an emotive subject. We do get a lot of calls from angry or upset customers. How would you deal with angry customers?
