Phone interview with the Talent Specialist. 10-15 minute conversation. Really pleasant. Heard about the company and spoke about my background. ZOOM interview with the VP of HR that was extremely off-putting. I have never felt so much like someone didn't care about what I had to say...while also not saying much at all themselves. Just smug and weird for no reason. Thanked the talent specialist in an email afterwards and took myself out of candidate pool.
