4 rounds timed weeks apart. First round with hiring manager. Second technical interview with team. Third with multiple directors. 4th with EVP. Each round was times weeks apart. The process seemed to take far longer than it should have

Interview
First interview was with Human Resources to review my skills and tell me about overall job requirements. Then HR scheduled 2 follow up 30 minute zoom interviews: first with Hiring Manager (Director Talent Relations) and second with Director of Publicity.

Interview
The recruiter interview was excellent but then second interview with the two member hiring team was insulting. The one interviewer admitted he hadn't read my resume and I didn't have the experience they needed. The other interviewer read from a script of questions and seemed bored. It was a waste of my time and theirs.
