I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I spoke with a couple representatives at my school's career fair and I was offered an interview for the next day. Interview was laid back. They asked typical behavioral questions & some questions about CS in general, but no actual coding.

Question 1
If you had to describe yourself with five workds, which five would you use and why?
The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step
