I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at State Farm in Sept 2022
Interview
I applied online. The next day I got an email request to take a skills test which consisted of a typing test and a phone call simulation. Within the next couple of days I got another email for a video interview through HireVue. After that I waited another two or three business days. Finally an email from a recruiter setting up a phone call discussing next steps and giving me an offer letter. All I'm waiting on now it for background check to pass. The whole process took a week and a half at most.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a situation at a previous job and how did you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (Dunwoody, GA)
Interview
Virtual recorded interview is first after passing typing test. Second, interview is with an HR Rep. It is not a full interview but giving an over view of the position and expectations. After that is discussed, you are asked if the job is something you are still interested in. Offers are sent in writing.
I first received a 7 question hirevue video interview. I didn't hear back after 2 weeks so I responded with one of the emails with a follow up. A day later I received an email for "candidate conversation" which was very relaxed. After that I had an interview with two questions regarding claim processing and was offered the job the next day.

Question 1
A question regarding how would I handle a claim where claimant was not providing documents for a claim.
Very simply. I went through a virtual interview. This was my first time doing one of these. The process was simple. I thought it was helpful in preparation for the real thing.
