The process really needs to be updated. I feel there are a lot of games being played. They call you in for an interview, place you in a hiring pool forever. Then repost the job that you applied for only to say that they aren’t actually hiring just need people in the pool.
Waited a few weeks for a call to schedule interview, was given a choice of a few days/times. Interview was conducted over Teams with a panel of 3 interviewers. Questions were emailed 30 minutes prior to interview, which was a nice benefit but not enough time to prep for all of the questions. There were a lot of questions. The interviewers were not easy to read. One asked where I moved here from when I asked if they had any concerns about me being a fit. I feel like since I am not from here, it hurt my chances, but I do realize they probably had other highly qualified candidates. Who knows? I probably wouldn’t apply again for this role or with this particular county.

Interview
It was pretty easy if you have interviewed before. You can definitely feel the pressure as they send you some interview (STAR) questions that you have to complete within 30 minutes BEFORE the actual interview. The questions they send you will be asked during the interview. Just stick to your script and expand, and you'll be fine. They also send a writing prompt to write a letter to someone. If you are experienced with case management, or knows how it works--you will do fine. I was interviewed by two people on teams. Interviewed May 20th, 2025, received a conditional offer June 10, 2025 and then officially received the offer letter July 1st after drug screen.

Question 1
Your client, J. Paul Getty, has had a financial misfortune and has applied for food assistance. He provided you with a bank statement which gave the balance of his checking account. While reviewing his application, you noticed he also had mentioned he has a savings account. Believing that Mr. Getty simply overlooked this account, please draft a letter requesting the balance of the savings account along with the reason why this is needed, and when the statement is due.
The interview process was easy. They give you a questionnaire to fill out and you can take the answers with you during the interview. It was a good place to work I have no complaints.
