Very easy questions, they acted like they didn't care and they were going to hire anyone which they do even with criminal backgrounds, it took about 30 days to get hired on after they interview you because the drug test and the fbi background check takes time to come back.

Background of yourself of prior years including work history, driving record, criminal background, gang affilliations, etc. Working in a Maximum Penitentiary environment, you are surrounded by individuals convicted of serious crimes. So, you are sat down with a panel of lieutenants, captains, and other commanding officers to see if you are mentality and physically capable to handle offenders in that environment.
