Statetrust Capital Senior Operations Manager interview questions

I interviewed in Miami for a position in the Boca Raton Office. I came through a recruiter. I had a very nice interview with the Chief of Staff. She was very thorough about the work and the daily activities of the department. I then met the COO and some of the members of the department. I saw a quick demo of the system and all of my questions were answered regarding the company and processes that were followed.
