Contacted by recruiter after submitting resume. 2 Phone interviews, one with regular manager followed by head of consulting. Once passed, on site interview with 4 people including colleagues, project managers, head of consulting.

Very Formal and Sincere team was in the interview room. The efficiency of the process of recruitment was commendable as they wrapped up many interviews in one day. The interviewers were very humble and helpful.
