Stein Mart Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview was very laid back and easy. They asked me basic questions such as why I was interested in the company. Overall, it felt more like a conversation and not an interview.

Very in depth and lengthy lots of background checks. Called all references personal and professional. Met with the director several times. Actually I enjoyed it because I had a chance to see if this was a good fit for me.
