Salary discussion happens only in the MD round. MD anchored on junior analyst pay even for candidates with many years of tech experience if no direct HFT background. Role is strictly 5-day on-site with 24×7 on-call, yet local team is very lean.

The interview process had two rounds: a behavioral round focused on strengths, challenges, and cultural fit, and a technical round covering Unix commands, networking basics, and application support scenarios. The interviewers were approachable and transparent, and I appreciated the detailed sharing about the team structure, responsibilities, and growth opportunities at Stellar.
