      Interview

Firstly you must pass the online application, then take the critical thinking test, to go onto a HR interview, where hopefully you will be invited to an Assessment Centre which consists of a partner interview, presentation, written exam and Question follow up on your logic.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Stephenson Harwood (London, England) in Aug 2022

      Interview

Very friendly interviewers. Interview fairly straightforward - consisted of presentation, case study and interview. Asked questions about university (favourite modules), asked to explain concepts from my university modules too. Interview was with a partner and member of HR. In between assessments you get to sit with a member of HR who is very friendly - this bit is not assessed.

      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at Stephenson Harwood (London, England) in Apr 2021

      Interview

Presentation and competency interviews. Pre-prepared presentation on topic of your choice. Mine was part of the vac scheme and was held virtually, which made it a very long day. Interviews were standard and felt very routine.

      Question 1

Why did you pick this topic, what other topic would you have done instead? What did you do on the weekend?
