I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sterling Partners in Jul 2019
Interview
Interviewed for the '87 team and it was a memorably negative experience. They don't have a good grasp on what they're doing, who they'd be hiring, and what their talent should be doing in their role.

Question 1
Asked me to do follow up creative work for assessment on my own time. Lots of back and forth and confusion with the logistics.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sterling Partners (Manchester, England) in Mar 2014
Interview
Fairly straight forward and friendly. The company is run by a good team of manager and directors and listen to staff needs and tackle it very well. I had a long term connections with the managing director and was offered the job on the spot after a short interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sterling Partners
Interview
I was introduced to the process through a recruiter. The firm's office environment is very relaxed - employees don't have assigned workspaces, but rather float throughout the floor. Everyone is dressed very casual, and most seemed very approachable.
The firm elected to move forward with a candidate from an internal referral, so I only did a phone interview and three interviews on-site in one day.

Question 1
Walked through resume. Explained how my skills were directly applicable to the role they were hiring for. Asked why I wanted to work for their firm specifically. I took a written test that was not too difficult.
