30-45 minute interview with the camp director at the site I applied to. Super easy and friendly -- asked about past experience working with kids and a few example questions.

It's pretty calm and sometimes fun. Before you log into the interview I would look at the history and philosophy of the camp. They are going to ask you questions about that. Other than that then the questions that they interview you with are not hard.
