I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stifel Financial (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
Applied online, phone screen, on campus interview and then a superday in new york. Interview was not especially hard, typical investment banking interview. mostly fit. know why you want to work for stifel. you have to express interest in a middle market investment bank.
The interview was very behavioral, my interviewer was extremely nice and led most of the conversation. Do some research on the firm before, they love hearing about the CEO and his ability to innovate, he is one of the longest standing CEOs on the street.

Question 1
tell me about yourself, why are you a good fit for this role
The overall interview process was straight-forward, systematic, and organized. The interviewer asked standard behavioral questions for first round, but I can't say for other interviews because I didn't get past it.
