Stiles interview questions

Broker asked questions about listing a deal deal experience. Broker described the work culture and deal expectations. Commission splits were discussed. Benefits were not part of the package. This is a very patriarchal company and does not seem like a lot of growth opportunities.

In person interview with two supervisors, questioned regarding past employment, work experience then followed by completion of excel testing and offer. Process was relaxed but allowed you to get a good feel for the personify of the supervisors and the company.
