Laid back interview with the principal and three other teachers. Asked about teaching style, how I would handle conflicts with students and staff. The interview took about an hour. Was given a tour of the school.

The total time was about 30 minutes. First, you reviewed the interview questions independently for about 10 minutes. You can take notes. Then a panel of 2-3 people conducted the interview and you could use your note.
