I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in May 2016
Interview
Super laid-back, fun atmosphere. Met some awesome people and learned a lot about Stitch Fix and the Stylist role. There were done things that needed to be done ahead of time, then there was a mini-styling session. I appreciated that they have feedback on the spot once I talked through why I selected specific items for my fictitious clients fix.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in Aug 2025
Interview
Very friendly interviewer, very quick with setting up interview and receiving an offer letter, questions were easy. There are some written questions you have to answer in the initial application process that can take a while to fill out, but the virtual interview is way easier than the written application process.
