I applied in April and was told that that my interview would be scheduled in June. They contacted me in June and the process to schedule was super slick (I think it was just a Google form). All communication was done via email, which I personally liked. After my interview was scheduled I got a "homework assignment" to create a Pinterest board (a "mock fix") for a fictional customer based on her needs and taste. The interview itself was conducted by two current Stitch Fix stylists, one of which was a lead. They were really nice. They have you watch a video about the company and then ask you a couple very basic interview questions. Then, they have you explain your Pinterest board and why you chose what you chose. The main part of the interview was the styling portion, during which you are given three garments and told to style them and describe what sort of style they would fit in (boho, classic, glam, etc). I actually thought it was pretty fun. The interviewers were really down to earth and easy to talk to.
