I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Austin, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
What I remember the most about the interview was the styling aspect. Prior to the interview, there were client profiles we looked at and then we had to pick out 5 items we would send to that client and write a note to that client. In the in-person interview we went over that pre-work and also I remember there being different items being hung up against a wall and I think I had to describe which pieces I would send to what type of client, if I recall correctly.
Standard job interview with two managers and a more in depth styling activity discussing different body types and what clothing I would put on them if I had their Fix
