I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix
Interview
The interview process took about a week and a half to do the prepared notes and Pinterest board leading up to my video interview. The video interview was fun and interactive and took about 45 minutes with 2 lead stylists. I then got an email a couple days later saying I didn’t get an offer. No offense but with someone who went through the process pretty quick and has had nothing but retail experience and goes to school for fashion and didn’t get an offer I’m not sure who they’re hiring. I also thought some of the questions they asked were pretty out there considering I didn’t have an inventory to look from and didn’t get much feedback during the interview if they would do something different or how the company would want to take the route of a different customer.
Standard job interview with two managers and a more in depth styling activity discussing different body types and what clothing I would put on them if I had their Fix
