Applied for position online. Soon after received email asking me to describe how I would handle situation with direct report. Completed task and sent back. Week or so later phone interview was scheduled with GM. GM described his background and why he liked working for the company. Told GM about my background and what I was looking for in a new company. I thought this went well. 2 weeks after PI received email asking for my availability for in person interview. Also was asked to complete a writing prompt. I completed and turned in. Less than a day before my scheduled in person interview received email saying they had to cancel. Definitely not cool. In person interview was reschedule a week later. Was then told the writing prompt was sent on accident and to disregard. I should have canceled at that point. I spent a whole day of my time completing the task. I felt like there was a disconnect somewhere and maybe this is not the place for me. I felt like they were wasting my time. Since I had my time vested I decided to proceed with the rescheduled interview anyway. In person interview was long and loaded with soft skill questions. Also, during the interview I discover that what they wanted did not match the job description I read online. Nice crew, but very disappointed in the process. I would not apply to this company again.
