Thank you for taking the time to write up your experience. It sounds, very simply and unfortunately, that we dropped the ball big time with regard to respecting your time and I sincerely apologize for that. There is simply no excuse for that kind of experience...especially as prospective new family member. I will address this with the team and make every effort to ensure that this does not happen again. Thank you once again for letting us know. This is invaluable data in our quest to get better at everything we do as an organization.
