I handed in my cv personally in the shop and received an email 2 weeks later that I was invited to an interview.
There was 3 girls interviewing me, they were sales assistant.
I showed up on time, as it was stated in their e-mail, however, they said I was an hour late?!
Seemed very ignorant and judging, could see them looking at me from head to toe.
Never heard from them again.

It was a group interview with, I think, 20 other people. The interview was made up of little games and group activities to see our personality and how we work in particular contexts. Afterwards, I had a short individual talk with one of the recruiters.

It was very easy and friendly, they need people so just be yourself! No previous experiences needed. You might want to bring your CV so they can immediately see your education, experiences etc.

Interview
It was a large group interview with around 30 people. Some of it was group work and involved brainstorming the roles of sales assistants and stock room workers. They look for people who contribute to the group activities and are enthusiastic about the company.
