You start with a introductory interview. This is a very easy, relaxed interview. It's basically a "get to know each other" kind of feel. Then you have an in-person (if possible) interview. I thought the questions were pretty typical & not over the top difficult. Normal situational questions, along with a few more get to know you questions.
