Interview
I went through their college recruitment. After submitting my application, I ranked which industries and office locations I was preferred. I was then notified of my first round interview, which is comprised of two 40-minute interviews: each with a 25-30 minute case and behavioral questions. The following Monday, I was notified of my selection for the final round for that Friday. The final round was with one partner, and was a similar format but with a shorter case and more time for my own questions. I was extended a verbal offer the same day.
The interviewers are really friendly and kind in helping you figure out the cases, and you can definitely feel that they are excited to be interviewing you. Definitely do your research on PwC and Strategy&; they seem to place a lot of value in doing your research on "Why US" and gave several compliments about me doing that, especially during my verbal offer.

And then the cases, each based on projects the interviewers had actually worked on. One was deciding if two companies should merge and estimating market demand from that. One was looking at profitability of adopting a new digital licensing product. The last was looking at creating a streaming service and its profitability/market share and then opening a theme park and its profitability as a different option. They seemed to be easier than other cases I have done in interviewers; very much interviewer-led and they give you a lot of key information that makes it easier to figure out how to approach the problems. Not too much math either.

Interview
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
