This is not a company reason is that they are just like a middleman so called contractors. Guys trust me I have worked 2 years with them. But I was realised that in every month they are deducted my salary unnecessarily. This is not happened with only around 100 of employees are suffering for that. I was realised that they are nothing but have a unnecessarily mediator role for taking commission from your salary packages. The interesting thing is that they are situated inside a unpopularity shopping mall at corner side. A basic salary calculation : If the company will pay them 50k for you then they will pay you around 19k + sometimes unnecessarily deduction will happened but you can't do anything because they as per documement they are hired you under section Technicians not employees
