Informal walk through of experience. Three total interviews. Each very easy going and they provided feedback at the end which was nice. However, after getting through all three interviews and receiving positive feedback from each one, I was ghosted when it came to decision time. They finally got back to me after a week later when I poked HR on it. They informed me that they were not hiring for the position anymore as they were rethinking their strategy for 2022. I found this odd as they were still actively recruiting on LinkedIn and have maintained that status. I later found out that they had actually filled the position. It was very discouraging as they could have just told me they had found a better fit. They made it seem like they would stay in touch but did not. Overall, really disappointing and a waste of time for both parties as the interview process did take a few weeks. I can respect there being a better candidate but it was disappointing to be lied to about why they chose not to extend an offer. They did seem to have a great culture so my experience may be a unique one. Seems like a great place to work but they definitely need to work on their hiring practices.
