An initial hour long phone screen about my skills/history and information about the company and current projects. Phone screen was conversational and not quiz-like. Had 2 in person interviews. The first day I met with different groups of the tech team. Each team member had a variety of questions. They gave me a lot of room to explain previous work in depth. There were some architecture and algorithmic questions, but nothing extreme. After that met with one of the founders who explained the company and mission in depth. This portion was less technical. They were interested in what I was looking for in a job and what I like to work on.
