I have recently completed a phone interview where I spoke with one of the managers. He was very friendly and had interest in what I had to say. After about a week I received an email asking to come in for an in person interview to meet with him, as well as a few other managers/sales reps. Will be going in this sometime soon to do this.

Why do you want to do sales, specifically with Stryker?
Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good

Interview
Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important

Please give an example of one time you worked as a member of a team to solve a problem.
I was emailed to interview for a position in my city. I spent 2 days preparing and took time off from my current position only to get a call from the recruiter that the position i was interviewing for was filled already. They wanted to know if i was interested in relocating cities. I found the lack of communication to be very strange. A simple email would've been productive as i was super excited about the opportunity to even get the interview! Disappointing!
