Interview
The interview process was very long. First you have a phone screen with the the HR representative, then you have an evaluation done by a 3rd party company, then you have a phone interview with the hiring manager then onsite interview.

Typical questions about items on resume. Each interviewer asked a few behavioral questions. Most of the scenario and behavior based questions were asked by the direct people you would be working with at the facility.
