Interview
I approached Stryker at a career fair. I had a 30 minute on campus interview, followed by a 45 minute phone screening, and finally an on-site day with 5 interviews that were both behavioral and technical. I heard back 2 weeks later with an offer.
Firstly Resume based and cgpa based shortlisting , online Mttl test which had mcqs from python,cpp,java, aptitude,sql, networks,os (72minutes and 6 sections) and one technical interview and HR round then selection
Asked questions about personal projects, C++ fundamentals like do you know what smart pointers are? What is the difference between unique, shared, and weak pointers are? What are move semantics and why are they useful.
Campus interview, 1. Technical 2. HR round
Gave self intro, and proceeded with technical based questions then coding question was asked and logic need to be traced.
After this round they called for HR round and there they asked personal questions about preference of city etc.
