I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Kalamazoo, MI) in Apr 2009
Interview
I went through 4 rounds of interviews, including a presentation before being turned down for an internship. I suppose their hiring process works well for them, but it was discouraging.

Question 1
LOTS of example questions - like "tell me about a time when people disagreed with you and what you did about it" - they love sports stories, by the way.
The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.
