Interview
I met with 3 employees who I would work with in the role. The interview was comfortable and low stress. They asked about my experience and also what I do outside of work.
The interview process was structured, It consisted of a phone screen, technical interview, and behavioral interview. The technical round involved coding challenges and questions on engineering concepts, while the behavioral round focused on teamwork and problem-solving.

"Can you walk me through a technical project you've worked on recently? What were the key challenges, and how did you overcome them?"
The interview process was tough. Consisted of 3 interviews. 1 phone interview, 1 gallup polling, and 1 onsite interview. They were very interested in my mechanical and technical abilities. They also asked questions about my ability to work in teams. They were interested in me being very driven and a hard worker.
