An extensive but organized process. I started by applying through LinkedIn. A recruiter contacted me and referred me to a Manager. After having an interview with that manager, I was told to take the Gallup. After that, I received an on-site interview. The on-site was from 10 to 5 pm including talking with different managers as well as engineers.

The final on-site interview was focused on mostly soft skills and some technical topics related to my previous experiences.

Interview
First stage was interview based on personality type questions, similar to Gallup type interview questions. Job and life related questioned focused on determing your dominant personality traits. There are no right or wrong answers, it depends on what personality traits they are seeking for that particular position.
