Multiple rounds of interviews and the final interview due to the pandemic was three consecutive hours with multiple breakout rooms testing you character with multiple employers. You also saw the other applicants and spoke with them in another interview and there was also a technical interview.

Interview
The first interview was for two graduate positions was about twenty minutes via microsoft teams. The two engineers doing it were very friendly. The Gallup phone interview done by a separate company is to follow
10 minute Phone Screen, followed by behavioral interview by Gallup, then 6 hour interview day with about 6 personality interviews and a technical interview. There were 45 applicants for the program and each location only has 2 spots.
