The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in Dec 2009
Interview
Long process; many phone interviews. The HR rep asks general personality-type questions, then various managers ask the same questions over and over again. Each manager seemed to have the exact same personality. It was like I was talking to the same person repeatedly! I eventually became a little leary, did some research, and decided it probably wasn't the company for me.

Question 1
Most of the questions were pretty common. Weaknesses, strengths, where you see yourself in 5 years, past experiences, ect.
Interview went as expected. You can search through google other peoples experiences and the company's approach in their interview process. Can be extremely long if you're not patient. Be prepared to share your experiences but that goes without saying.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We’re always willing to learn how we can improve our interview process. If you’d like to share more information with us, please send an email to talentacquistion@stryker.com.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Stryker in Oct 2020
Interview
Stryker HR and Their hiring teams don't have any other work to do rather than conducting the multiple rounds of unnecessary Interviews and wasting Candidates time.
HR is very unprofessional and I did not expect carelessness and passiveness from one of the best workplace awarded place. Their only job is to keep fixing the interviews until the process becomes totally boring and then will close the discussion without any conclusion and feedback.
Stryker Team wasted almost my 2.5 months of time in the interview process. Initial 2 interviews were in little sync but later interviews, specially with some senior HR person (seems to be some Psychiatrist) were totally absurd.
They themselves don't know what is their requirement or expectation for the Role and and they keep deviating on this in every discussion.
There was so much confusion on the Job role & CTC among HR and their hiring team that i totally lost my interest in the opportunity. Later, neither they came back to inform the updates nor i Checked with them.
Overall reflection of their Interview process to me was that Stryker India team's attitude is like they are the only employer in market and favouring the Candidates by shortlisting them.
I'm glad i didn't have to waste my precious time with them anymore and I'm disappointed as well with the experience and it damaged Stryker reputation in my mind.

Very quick response to online application, phone screen within two days and I was able to set up a gallup interview in 5 days. The gallup interview was a 40 min behavioral interview that asked a bunch of different questions. There was no technical questions only behavioral.
