It was great. Stryker definitely seems like they have an amazing team. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process and followed the timeline posted on their website. Gallup interview was a little intense though the person really rushed me and I could only speak for about 30 seconds before he cut me off.
The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.
