      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker in Jun 2021

      Interview

It was a series of three, 30 minute interviews with different people from the team. They asked a lot of questions straight from my resume and were mainly behavioral rather than technical focused.

      Interview

First- phone interview with Stryker employee that asked about past experiences, qualification, etc. Then a few days later I heard back and moved on to next round of interviews. This was a 45 minute phone interview with Gallup, who asked rapid fire behavioral questions.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stryker (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2019

      Interview

Very lengthy process, you begin with an assessment test online. This will lead to a 30 minute phone call with a recruiter where most questions are behavioral or based on your resume. You would probably wait around 1-2 weeks before they get back to you. Once you pass the first phone screening you will need to complete a Gallup phone call. Usually takes an hour but mines only took 45 minutes. Completely behavioral and based on your past experiences. Then there is the onsite interview with 4 people. Two recruiters and two director/senior manager level. 3 of the interview will be behavioral/past experience and the last one will be technical. One interviewer will dive deep into exactly what technical skills you have. Took them about two weeks to get back to me with an offer afterwards.
