Extensive phone interview with behavioral questions, 2 hour long Gallup interview, onsite interview with 4 current employees. Each is a different phase- if you pass one, you move on to the other. I recommend ignoring any positive feedback they give you until you get an offer. They strung me along and told me over and over that I am a good fit for the job and eventually dismissed me with only a sentence of explanation. If you are a creative type, look elsewhere. Stryker is a highly reputable company and only want to hire people who will sit a a computer and do exactly what they are told.
