I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in May 2023
Interview
Heard back immediately about this position after applying. Recruiter missed our first call and I had to reach out to reschedule the intro phone call. Spoke with the hiring manager a week later and was reassured that I would be moving forward. After over three weeks of radio silence and follow up attempts on my part, I received the automated workday email notifying me that they were no longer recruiting for this position. I'm a pretty experienced interviewer and value professionalism in all my potential employers, and this is one of the worst interview experiences I've had. I feel severely misled and ghosted by this hiring team and this has changed the way I view Stryker.
Very lengthy interview process. Expect multiple calls with people with a personality test that is often make or break for being hired. The interviews themselves aren’t rigorous but it takes a while for them to pick up after you’ve applied.
